Middle level management consists of departments, sections, and divisions, where the respective chiefs, minds, or managers are believed with the duty of applying the insurance policies and plans made by the top-level management. Virtually, they will be the real subordinates to top managers. Being in the center, the managers have to perform as per the directives distributed by the very best managers and take responsibility for the performance of the first series method. In overall management, this level is considered as the bridge between first-line management and top-level management.
